Glass Sponges and Barrel Sponges are gorgeous creatures that dwell on the floor of many oceans and seas. These ancient beings are found in the depths of the Salish Sea, an ancient inland sea surrounded by primordial temperate rain forests and mountains. And the inspiration for many of the forms I make.
